Whether the beautiful Rofan mountains, the green meadows at breakfast on the large balcony or the view of the Guffert when falling asleep, our vacation apartments on the 1st floor offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature.
Directly connected to the road and yet in the peace and quiet, is what we have combined for you. Because of our good location in Steinberg, hiking trails, bus stop, cross-country ski trail and the ski lift can be reached from our house in about 500m.

Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers in the center of Maurach continue along the Achensee to Achenkirch and turn off at the Steinberg turnoff towards Steinberg am Rofan.
It is also possible to travel toll-free via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz - continue over the state border to Achenkirch and turn off at the Steinberg turn-off towards Steinberg.
