Top station Rofan cable car (1,840m)

Tour description: alternative route for ascending from the valley to the top station of the Rofan cable car.

Ascent: via the ski route to the Buchauer Alm*) and from there to the top station of the Rofan cable car.

Descent: Alongside the ascent route

*) Sadly, the Buchauer Alm was destroyed in a tragic fire. It is not yet clear whether the mountain hut will be rebuilt.
