Mountain hut

The Rotwandhütte is located at an elevation of 1,525 metres on a beautiful spacious alpine pasture which affords gorgeous views of the opposite Karwendel mountains. The hut offers traditional Tirolean snack platters, bread slices topped with bacon or cheese and cold drinks.

Regarding opening times, please call the hut before starting the tour. Depending on the weather and feed availability for the cows, the hut will be open from the beginning of June 2024.
