Karwendel cable car
The Karwendel cable car starts in Pertisau and provides access to the Zwölferkopf area (950-1500 metres) and the eastern edge of the Nature Park Karwendel, which includes the Bärenkopf (1,991m) and the Stanserjoch (2,102m). Mountain huts near the top station offer refreshments and Tyrolean delicacies. The cable car also offers barrier-free access: from the car park, a ramp leads to the ticket window, and wide gondola doors can accommodate visitors with limited mobility.
