The first private brewery of the Achensee region was established in December 2010. The Achensee beer has a truly unique taste. It is brewed from the purest Karwendel water, hops, barley and wheat malt. Guided tours give you a glimpse behind the scenes of the private brewery. Anyone who simply wants a taste can try the naturally cloudy light beer, wheat beer and a variety of seasonal beers at the Langlaufstüberl or at Hotel Karlwirt in Pertisau.
