- Cross-country skis, boots, poles (for the Achensee cross-country skiing camps, if available)
- Cross-country skis, boots, poles (please bring your own for the skating technique training)

- Change of clothes for the cross-country skiing tours
- Beanie, headband, gloves
- Small rucksack with snacks and drinks to take with you on the tours
- Sunscreen
