Achensee Running Camp

The Achensee Running Camp, taking place from 20 to 23 May 2027, is ideal for runners and trail runners from Austria and Germany. With a range of ability groups, this four-day camp is suitable for novice and beginner trail runners, as well as amateur and advanced runners. You can look forward to breathtaking Alpine scenery with views of Lake Achensee and the surrounding Rofan and Karwendel mountains. You will learn how to run efficiently on both tarmac and off-road surfaces. Highlights of the programme include comprehensive performance diagnostics, including a video running analysis and a lactate test. You will also receive nutritional advice and have the chance to try out different running shoes.

The region surrounding Tirol’s largest lake offers 183 kilometres of varied running routes along the lakeshore, through idyllic valleys, and up challenging routes into the Tyrolean Alps. This area is also the venue for the annual Achensee Run, which takes place at the start of September, and your package includes a guaranteed race spot for this event.
