We stayed here in November 2024 and June 2025. The food is simply outstanding. The quality of the dishes is truly exceptional; everything is fresh, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. The entire resort is also beautifully designed and very well maintained. You feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you arrive. We were particularly impressed with the spa area – simply wonderful and perfect for relaxation. In June, we brought our dog, which worked out very well overall. We were able to sit outside for breakfast without any problems, as dogs are unfortunately not allowed indoors – that was fine with us. However, we had to take turns at dinner, as our dog can't be left alone. This isn't really a criticism, but rather a suggestion: perhaps in the future, there could be a way to allow dogs in a separate area for dinner. Apart from that, we felt completely at ease and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We stayed at this winter hotel in the Tyrol mountains in Austria, and it truly felt like a perfect getaway from the very first moment. From the warm welcome at check-in to the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property, everything gave us the feeling that we had arrived somewhere special and calm. The setting in the mountains adds so much to the experience — beautiful views, fresh air, and a quiet, relaxing vibe all around. The hotel offers three meals a day, and overall the food was very good. There was a nice variety at each meal, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. It’s not overly fancy, but definitely satisfying and enjoyable, especially after a long day outside in the cold. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though slightly outdated in terms of design and furniture. Still, they are spacious enough and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping maintained the rooms well, and we always came back to a tidy and cozy space. The highlight of the hotel is without a doubt the spa area. It’s absolutely perfect — multiple pools, a wide selection of saunas, and plenty of relaxation areas. Whether you prefer a hot sauna session or a peaceful swim, there are many options to unwind. The spa feels well-maintained, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed for true relaxation. Another big advantage is the quiet atmosphere. The hotel is very peaceful, with hardly any noise from children, which makes it especially suitable for couples or adults looking for a calm and restorative holiday. Overall, this hotel delivers a truly special winter experience in the heart of Tyrol. It combines beautiful surroundings, a relaxing spa, good food, and a tranquil atmosphere. We highly, highly recommend it — and we are absolutely certain we will return.

In short: Full marks, because it's well deserved. From A to Z: Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. The spacious room with shower, bathtub, walk-in closet, and balcony is only surpassed by the view. I would especially like to commend the very friendly and helpful staff! Last but not least: The food. Absolutely delicious, and the texture of the dishes is just the way I like them. From the clear beef broth to the apple strudel. This is what home tastes like!

Simply everything was great. The location was fantastic, the room was nice and spacious, and the wellness area and its offerings were extensive, so it never felt crowded. The food was sensational, whether breakfast or dinner—a huge selection of fresh, regional dishes. The staff was truly top-notch. The owner here does EVERYTHING right! 😀

Wir hatten leider kein neu renoviertes Zimmer (würde beim nächsten Mal definitiv danach fragen). Das Zimmer war sehr klassisch und im ländlichen Stil. (Siehe Homepage). Tiefgarage top. Begrüssung und Service aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter absolut freundlich und professionell. Alle offenen Fragen wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt und wir hatten einen Top Aufenthalt. Spabereich und Saunalandschaft waren on Point und der Saunameister Thomasz ist ein Vollprofi, unbedingt an einem Aufguss von ihm teilnehmen. Kulinarisch absolut perfekt und auf hohem Niveau. Lage des Hotels ausgesprochen gut. Man ist schnell am See, kann gut Wandern, hat im Winter im Snowpark 5min mit dem Auto entfernt die Möglichkeit Moonbike zu fahren (mega geil) Insgesamt ein herrlicher Urlaub, wir kommen im Sommer wieder
