The Gern Alm is located in the Gerntal valley at 1,172 metres above sea level. In winter, it is the end point of the Pletzach–Gern cross-country ski trail, and a winter walking path also leads to the hut. © Achensee Tourismus
The Gern Alm offers freshly prepared regional dishes, international specialities, and daily changing specials such as freshly caught trout in summer. The Gern Alm has a sunny patio and a children’s playground, which is open for patrons from 10:00 to 18:00.
