Achensee parking card
Discover all car parking facilities in our interactive map which features both pay parking lots and short-stay car parks. The Achensee parking card is available for a one-time fee and allows you free parking in all pay parking lots – just put it in your car windscreen. In short-stay car parks, please remember to use a parking disc.
The parking card costs €25 and is valid for one year from the date of issue at all pay and display car parks in the municipalities of Achenkirch, Eben and Steinberg. It also allows you to use the toll road into the Karwendel valleys. The parking card is the size of a credit card and should be placed in a prominent position on the windscreen of your car. Alternatively, you can use the digital option: Top up your DahoamCard with the parking card. When you arrive at a car park, take your DahoamCard to one of the ticket machines, insert the card and you will receive a parking ticket, which you should also place on the windscreen of your car.
- In the municipalities of Achenkirch, Eben and Steinberg all residents and employees (people with main and secondary residence, landowners, property owners, and people with a workplace in the municipality).
- Wiesing: Only people with their primary residence in Wiesing.
- People without a residence or workplace in the Achensee region can buy a parking ticket for the car park Karwendeltäler. This seasonal parking ticket is only available in winter and in combination with a cross-country season ticket. View prices.
You can buy the Achensee parking card from the municipality of your employer or your residence. People with their primary residence in Wiesing can buy the parking car in the municipality of Eben am Achensee.
Please bring your Achensee DahoamCard and the vehicle registration. If you do not have a residency, please also bring an employment confirmation and photo ID card. If you want to use the parking card for a company car, please bring a confirmation that you are the only driver of this car.
