As both a place to live and work, the Achensee region offers ideal conditions for balancing your career, leisure, and quality of life - and the Achensee DahoamCard is a key part of that. As a free resident and employee card, it brings real added value to the everyday lives of everyone who lives or works here, granting access to attractive discounts and offers all around Lake Achensee.
The Achensee DahoamCard is available to anyone who lives or works in Achenkirch, Eben am Achensee (Maurach and Pertisau), Steinberg am Rofan, or Wiesing. To qualify, you must have your primary or secondary residence in one of these municipalities, or be employed by a business based in the region.
You can get the DahoamCard free of charge from the municipality where you live or work. If you both live and work in the region, your workplace municipality takes priority.
If you live in Achenkirch, Eben (Maurach and Pertisau), Steinberg, or Wiesing, a valid photo ID is all you need. If you live outside these four municipalities but work in the Achensee region, you will also need a certificate of employment (or confirmation from your employer).
Once you have your Achensee DahoamCard, you can log in using the green Residents & Staff Login button. You will need your DahoamCard number for this, which is printed directly on the card.
Once you have logged in, you will have full access to the DahoamCard Shop, where you can purchase online benefits such as VVT tickets.

- Residents: Your DahoamCard is valid as long as you maintain your primary or secondary residence in Achenkirch, Eben (Maurach and Pertisau), Steinberg, or Wiesing.
- Employees in the region: If you work in the Achensee region but live elsewhere, the card is valid for one year. You can easily renew it by presenting a current confirmation of employment.
If your DahoamCard is lost or stolen, you can apply for a replacement directly from the relevant municipality. There is a replacement fee of €5, and you will need to update your details in the DahoamCard online shop.
Your Achensee welcome gift
When you register with Job-Life Achensee for the first time as an employee and/or resident, you will receive a special one-off welcome gift. Simply present your booking confirmation from the experience shop and your Achensee DahoamCard to claim it.
Your free VVT ticket Tirol
Since 1 September 2025, residents and employees in the Achensee region with an active DahoamCard can travel throughout Tirol by bus and train for free up to twice per month. In collaboration with local communities, Achensee Tourism provides four transferable VVT tickets that can be reserved and borrowed online.
Achensee XC-skiing season ticket
You can top up your DahoamCard with the Achensee cross-country skiing season ticket at an affordable price and enjoy unlimited access to the cross-country skiing centre Pertisau.
Achensee parking card
DahoamCard holders with an Achensee parking card can use almost all pay-and-display car parks around Lake Achensee without buying individual tickets. Because regular day tickets cost around €10, the card pays for itself very quickly if you drive often. The parking card is available only to DahoamCard holders. Important: Please place your parking card in a clearly visible spot behind your windscreen.
Atoll Achensee
DahoamCard holders enjoy discounted entry to the Atoll Achensee (Penthouse-SPA, Panorama-BAD, SEE-Bad and ice rink). Residents of the municipality of Eben receive a 15% discount, while those from Wiesing, Steinberg am Rofan, and Achenkirch are eligible for a 10% discount. These rates apply to all persons aged 6 and over and are only valid if the DahoamCard is presented at the time of purchase, as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after payment.
German courses at your workplace
If you are interested in taking a German course at your workplace, we recommend first speaking with your employer to see if a programme is already in place or if they would be willing to start one. Vielfalt – Bildungs- & Betreuungs GmbH can assist by designing a custom course programme tailored specifically to your company’s needs. Furthermore, you are eligible for a 50% subsidy from Job-Life Achensee provided you meet the following requirements: you must hold an active DahoamCard, be an employee of a Triple-A employer, register via the website job-life.achensee.com, and maintain an attendance rate of at least 75%.
German courses outside of work
Are you interested in attending a German course outside of work and meeting new people? You can register for an external German course at Lake Achensee, an initiative that brings together employees from various businesses to learn the language in a social setting. You may also be eligible for a 50% subsidy from Job-Life Achensee if you meet the following requirements: you must hold an active DahoamCard, be an employee of a Triple-A employer, register via job-life.achensee.com, and attend at least 75% of the course sessions. The new German courses will take place from 3 September to 22 October 2026.
"Calemo" Taxi voucher
With the “Calemo” (Cashless Mobility) taxi voucher, getting to the nearest village, heading into town, or making it to the next party is a breeze. Atoll Achensee Workout Card
Atoll Achensee offers a Workout Card for EUR 63 (regularly EUR 126), valid for 10 fitness classes. This discount is available to DahoamCard holders from Achensee municipalities aged 18 and over. To participate, please ensure you book in advance at the Lakeside-GYM and present your DahoamCard at the time of purchase.
VILLAGE TAXI EBEN MOBIL (EMO)
The village taxi (EMo) provides residents of the municipality of Eben (Pertisau & Maurach) with an eco-friendly mobility option from Monday to Friday, between 7.30 and 18.00. To use this service, you must be a resident of Eben, which can be verified with the DahoamCard. Journeys within Eben cost EUR 2, and trips to neighbouring municipalities are EUR 4. Vouchers worth EUR 20 (valid for 11 rides) are available daily at the Welcome-CENTER Achensee from 8.00 to 18.00.
Free boat cruises for children & youngsters
Children and youngsters up to the age of 18 living in one of the Achensee municipalities can travel for free on all regular services of the Achensee ships during the summer season (01.05.2026 - 01.11.2026). A valid DahaomCard is required.
Reduced fare for adults
In the summer season (01.05.2026 - 01.11.2026), the Achenseeschifffahrt offers exclusive benefits: Adults with an Achensee DahoamCard can purchase the Achensee hop-on hop-off ticket at a reduced price of only EUR 30.60 per person instead of EUR 34. You’ll also receive a 10% discount on the gourmet range.
(E-)MTB Technique Training
Discover off-road excitement with a 3-hour (e-)MTB technique training held by lakebike Tirol. Learn to ride safely and confidently on varied terrain, whether you’re on a mountain bike or an e-bike. Our expert instructors focus on essential skills and practical know-how to boost your confidence and enjoyment. With the DahoamCard, the course costs only EUR 60 instead of EUR 75 (valid for all technical training dates).
Eng Bus
The Eng Bus runs to the Große Ahornboden every Wednesday from 17 June to the 28 October 2026. Achensee DahoamCard holders get discounted tickets (EUR 13 per person). Tickets must be booked in advance by 12.00 noon the day before. Children under 6 years of age travel free of charge. Fares are paid directly to the bus driver. Swarovski Kristallwelten celebrate the magic of crystal

FAMILY-Eldorado
DahoamCard holders from the municipality of Eben enjoy free access to the children's playground in the FAMILY Eldorado at the Atoll Achensee during the summer months. Entry to the SEE-Bad is not included.
Free season ticket for children
Children up to 14 years old whose primary residence is in the municipality of Eben receive a free season ticket for the Planberg and Wiesen lifts in Pertisau. Simply show your DahoamCard at the lift ticket office.
Karwendel cable car
The Karwendel cable car offers discounted fares for DahoamCard holders. In summer, enjoy scenic rides up and down the mountainside. In winter, take advantage of discounted round-trip rides for non-skiers, allowing you to fully experience the breathtaking winter scenery of the mountains. The price is the same as when using the AchenseeCard discount.

As a DahoamCard holder from one of the Achensee communities, you can get a flexible 3-month Lakeside-GYM subscription via Atoll Achensee - no annual contract required. The offer is valid for ages 18+ with a DahoamCard. Enjoy 3 hours of gym use per day, swimming and relaxation in the Panorama-BAD, and access to the full course programme.
