Sous Chef (m|f|d)
Full-time | Permanent contract
Your role: Second-in-command in the kitchen
Like an assistant director behind the scenes, you ensure that operations run smoothly. You support the Head Chef, coordinate the team and make sure that every detail is executed with precision. With overview, accuracy and culinary craftsmanship, you play a key role in the daily running of the kitchen.
Your responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head Chef
- Organising and coordinating kitchen operations
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Ensuring quality, hygiene and operational standards
- Actively supporting preparation and service

Information
Your profile
- Completed culinary training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position or as an experienced Chef de Partie with leadership responsibility
- High standards for product quality, craftsmanship and presentation
- Strong sense of responsibility for hygiene, order and efficient kitchen processes
- Organisational talent and the ability to maintain a clear overview
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Team spirit, loyalty and a calm, solution-oriented approach

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.375,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
