- Completed vocational training as a chef
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an upscale, modern hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Thorough knowledge of internal kitchen operations in a hotel setting
- Good command of German
- Good and confident manners
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Creativity and dedication
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
