Completed vocational training as a chef
- At least 1 year’s professional experience in an upmarket, modern hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Detailed knowledge of internal kitchen procedures in a hotel
- Good command of German
- Good and confident manners
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Creativity and commitment
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
