Your role: Choreographer of balance
Like a choreography behind the scenes, you shape the rhythm between calm and activation. You ensure that spaces, processes and safety remain stable, while providing targeted impulses for movement, vitality and renewed energy. With a calm, attentive presence, you support our guests in consciously finding balance - between relaxation, activity and well-being.
Your responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring the sauna, pool and relaxation areas
- Performing and accompanying sauna infusions
- Maintaining a calm, discreet presence throughout the spa area
- Preparing, maintaining and resetting the spa and fitness areas
- Supporting guests in the fitness and movement area
- Providing guidance on exercises and the safe use of equipment
- Offering simple, individual movement and vitality impulses for guests
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, hygiene and safety
- Working closely with reception and the wider spa team

Information
Your profile
- Experience and/or training in fitness, vitality coaching, sports, wellness or a comparable field
- Experience in sauna, spa or pool operations is an advantage
- Genuine enjoyment in supporting guests as they relax, recharge and regain energy
- A strong sense for different needs, activity levels and situations
- Discretion and respectful interaction with guests
- A calm, pleasant presence and confident manner
- A very high sense of responsibility and a careful way of working
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Fluent German skills and advanced English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.165,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
