Service Employee Restaurant & Bar (m|f|d)
Full-time or part-time | Permanent contract
Your role: Protagonist in service
You are on the stage of the evening - in direct contact with our guests. As a Service Employee, you are a host and one of the defining faces of our hotel. With attentiveness, charm and a confident sense for timing and atmosphere, you shape every encounter in a way that makes our guests feel welcome, seen and well cared for.
Your responsibilities
- Providing warm, professional service to our guests in the restaurant and bar areas
- Offering attentive advice on food and beverages with excellent expertise
- Ensuring a calm, structured and seamless service flow
- Paying close attention to details and individual guest wishes
- Taking care of mise en place, as well as preparation and follow-up work in the service area
- Working closely with the kitchen, service management and the wider team

Information
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people
- Wine knowledge is an advantage
- A friendly, natural manner, with attentiveness and reliability
- Team spirit and a willingness to support others
- Very good German skills and good English skills

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.375,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
