Your role: Director of service
As Restaurant / Bar Manager, you lead the ensemble. You provide structure and set the pace, coordinate processes and ensure that quality is visible in every “scene”. With confidence, warmth and a strong sense for timing and atmosphere, you create a service experience that reflects the standards and character of Mazaggs.
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for service in the restaurant and bar areas
- Ensuring a consistently high level of service and quality
- Maintaining attention to detail, timing and atmosphere
- Handling guest wishes and concerns discreetly and professionally
- Acting as a role model when interacting with guests: warm, confident and present
- Structuring processes and duty schedules
- Leading, training and developing the service team
- Working closely with the kitchen, reception and management
- Supporting and training apprentices and interns

Information
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the 5-star hotel sector
- Strong understanding of high-quality, contemporary and excellent service
- Sound wine knowledge and genuine enjoyment in providing active guest recommendations
- Strong leadership skills, organisational talent and the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Professional manner, resilience and a high level of personal responsibility
- A well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.641,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
