Receptionist (m|f|d)

Full-time or part-time | Permanent contract

 

Your role: The first point of contact
As a Receptionist, you set the tone for our guests’ entire stay. You are the first face they see, the first voice they hear and, at the same time, a calm and reliable presence behind the scenes. With warmth, professionalism and excellent organisational skills, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment and that all front-office processes run smoothly, precisely and seamlessly.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Professional handling of reservations, enquiries and bookings
  • Maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Providing a warm, personal welcome and attentive care for our guests from arrival to departure
  • Managing guest check-in and check-out
  • Carrying out accounting, invoicing and administrative tasks with care and accuracy
  • Coordinating closely with all departments within the hotel

Your profile

  • Experience at reception or in an administrative role within the hotel industry
  • Experience with the hotel software system Casablanca is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people
  • A very high level of accuracy, reliability and structured working methods
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A friendly, charming and professional manner
  • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary

The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.263,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, we are willing to offer a salary significantly above this level.
