Your role: Soloist at your station
You are responsible for your own station - precise, calm and with a strong commitment to craftsmanship. Like a soloist within the ensemble, you ensure that your part fits perfectly into the rhythm of the kitchen. Dish by dish, you help create quality that shapes the overall culinary experience.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to a high level of craftsmanship
  • Handling high-quality products with care and respect
  • Ensuring consistent quality, taste and aesthetics
  • Complying with all hygiene and quality standards
  • Independently managing and organising your own station
  • Taking responsibility for preparation, service and follow-up work at your station
  • Working closely with the Sous Chef and the wider kitchen team

Your profile

  • Completed culinary training
  • Several years of experience as a Patissier / Patissière or in a comparable position
  • Excellent craftsmanship and a strong awareness of quality
  • A fine sense for taste, aesthetics and detail
  • An understanding that culinary quality is created through attention to detail
  • A precise, structured and clean way of working
  • Calmness, reliability and team spirit

Salary

The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.375,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
