Massage Therapist / Physiotherapist (m|f|d)
Full-time | Permanent contract
Your role: A companion on the path to recovery
Away from the stage, in the spaces where calm takes shape, you play a key role in our guests’ well-being. As a Massage Therapist or Physiotherapist, you accompany our guests in their moments of relaxation and recovery. With professional expertise, a calm presence and a fine sense for people’s individual needs, you create trust - the foundation for genuine, personalised regeneration, delivered with respect and attentiveness.
Your responsibilities
- Performing massages and/or physiotherapeutic treatments
- Offering additional massage treatments such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Ayurveda or sports massages, including golf and sports regeneration
- Tailoring treatments individually to the needs of each guest
- Creating a calm, trusting treatment atmosphere
- Interacting with guests in a mindful, discreet and respectful manner
- Preparing and resetting treatment rooms
- Ensuring compliance with high hygiene and quality standards
- Working closely with reception and the wider spa team

Information
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a massage therapist and/or physiotherapist
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally within a similar hotel category
- Additional qualifications, such as Ayurveda or Lomi Lomi Nui, are an advantage
- An understanding that well-being is created through attention to detail
- Genuine enjoyment in helping guests consciously disconnect from everyday life
- A very high level of empathy and professionalism
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- A well-groomed appearance and a professional, structured way of working
- Fluent German skills and advanced English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.165,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered
