To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join us from December 2026 as:

Housekeeping Staff Member (m|f|d)

Full-time or part-time, permanent contract

 

Your role: Guardian of order
Like a stage designer, you ensure that everything is perfectly in place before the curtain rises. You keep the suites and public areas clean, tidy and well maintained, creating an atmosphere in which guests feel at home from the very first moment. With care, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, your work reflects - visibly and every day - the respect we have for our hotel, our standards and our guests.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Thorough cleaning and maintenance of the suites
  • Cleaning and tidying of public areas
  • Careful handling of linen, equipment and cleaning products
  • Mindful handling of furnishings, materials and art throughout the hotel
  • Ensuring adherence to our high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Working discreetly and respectfully while guests are present
  • Close collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager and the wider team

Your profile

  • Experience in cleaning; experience in housekeeping within the upscale hotel industry is an advantage
  • An understanding that attention to detail in cleanliness plays a key role in guests’ well-being
  • Discretion and respect when interacting with guests and protecting their privacy
  • A very precise, careful and conscientious working style
  • A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Team spirit and a willingness to support others

Salary

The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.088,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
