Your role: Paving the way for a memorable stay
As a Concierge, you will play a key role in preparing for our guests’ arrival and accompanying them throughout their entire stay. Whether welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, coordinating individual requests or providing thoughtful recommendations, you will be a visible, reliable and discreet point of contact. With warmth, attentiveness and a strong sense of service, you will anticipate guests’ needs before they are voiced and ensure that every experience flows seamlessly into the next.
Your responsibilities
- Providing a warm welcome and farewell to our guests, as well as personalised care throughout their stay
- Assisting with arrivals, luggage and orientation around the hotel
- Independently handling guest requests and enquiries
- Organising transfers, reservations and individual guest arrangements
- Recommending excursions, restaurants and activities with tact and sensitivity
- Ensuring discretion and protecting the privacy of our guests at all times
- Working closely with the reception, service and spa teams
- Communicating and coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen and other departments

Information
Your profile:
- Experience in guest services, concierge or front-of-house roles, ideally within the 4- or 5-star hotel sector
- Category B driving licence
- Good knowledge of the local area, or the willingness to acquire it quickly
- A strong service-oriented mindset and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people
- A friendly, charming and confident manner
- Excellent intuition for people, situations and atmosphere
- Discretion and respectful interaction with guests at all times
- Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain organised, even in dynamic situations
- A well-groomed appearance and a calm, composed demeanour
- Very good command of German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.088,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, we are willing to offer a salary significantly above the standard rate.
