Your role: Opening the culinary performance
You create the first scene of the day. With care, calmness and culinary precision, you prepare breakfast - the first culinary impression our guests experience. This ensures that every day at Mazaggs begins with quality, freshness and ease.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing a high-quality, aesthetically appealing breakfast offering
- Fresh preparation of egg dishes and warm breakfast components
- Careful preparation and presentation of dishes
- Ensuring taste, consistency and a harmonious overall appearance
- Complying with our hygiene and quality standards
- Ensuring a calm, structured breakfast service flow
- Working closely with the kitchen and service teams

Your profile
- Completed culinary training or relevant experience in breakfast preparation or kitchen operations
- Genuine enjoyment in working with fresh products and skilled preparation
- An understanding that culinary pleasure is created through attention to detail
- A strong sense for taste, products and aesthetics
- A careful, precise and structured way of working
- Calmness and the ability to maintain an overview, even during busy service periods

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.375,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
