Your role: Enhancing well-being
In the spa, you work closely with our guests and give each treatment your full attention. With calmness, care and professional expertise, you respond to each guest’s skin, individual needs and the moment itself, tailoring your treatments with clarity and reliability.
Your responsibilities
- Performing high-quality facial and body treatments
- Providing individual guest consultations with warmth and professional expertise
- Creating a calm, trusting treatment atmosphere
- Interacting with guests in a mindful, discreet and respectful manner
- Preparing and resetting treatment rooms
- Ensuring compliance with high hygiene and quality standards
- Working closely with reception and the wider spa team

Your profile
- Completed professional training as a beautician
- Professional expertise and practical experience, ideally within a comparable hotel category
- An understanding that well-being is created through attention to detail
- Genuine enjoyment in helping guests take a mindful break from everyday life
- A very high level of empathy and professionalism
- A calm, pleasant presence and confident manner
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
- A well-groomed appearance and polished demeanour
- A careful, structured and reliable way of working
- Fluent German skills and advanced English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.165,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
