Your role: Shaping the appearance
In the spa, you work like the make-up artist before a performance - focused, sensitive and precise. With a calm presence, you create spaces where relaxation feels effortless, while also taking responsibility for the spa area as a whole. You further develop the spa concept, shape its character and ensure that every detail reflects the philosophy and standards of Mazaggs.
Your responsibilities
- Further development of the spa concept in line with the philosophy of the hotel, while ensuring a harmonious guest experience
- Leadership, coordination and development of the spa team, including duty scheduling and clear operational processes
- Responsibility for the treatment menu, product lines and quality standards
- Close coordination with hotel management and reception to ensure optimal positioning and occupancy
- Careful use of resources and responsibility for the economic aspects of the spa
- Performing high-quality facial and body treatments, as well as providing individual and empathetic guest consultations
- Creating a calm, trusting atmosphere and ensuring the highest hygiene and quality standards

Information
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a beautician
- Professional expertise and practical experience, ideally within a comparable hotel category
- Experience in organising or managing a spa area is an advantage
- Ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in daily operations
- A natural sense for leadership, quality and atmosphere
- Genuine enjoyment in helping guests take a mindful break from everyday life
- A very high level of empathy and professionalism
- A well-groomed appearance and confident manner
- A careful, structured and reliable way of working
- Fluent German skills and advanced English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage

Salary
The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement is €2.641,00 per month on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, a significant salary above this level is offered.
