About Haus Leithner Bistro

Since opening in 2025, Haus Leithner Bistro has established itself as a modern and stylish meeting place in Pertisau am Achensee. From breakfast through to evening service, we combine quality products with a relaxed atmosphere, personal service and genuine Tyrolean hospitality.

Our small, well-established team works professionally, efficiently and on equal terms. At the same time, we give you the freedom to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the development of our concept.

Your role as Chef de Rang

As a Chef de Rang, you will play an important role within our service team. You will confidently manage your own section, look after our guests with genuine attention and ensure that professional service and warm hospitality go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently managing and looking after your own section
• Providing professional and attentive à-la-carte service
• Advising guests confidently on food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Mise en place and maintaining your section before, during and after service
• Close and professional cooperation with the kitchen and service team
• Actively contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our service standards
• Creating a warm and personal experience for our guests through attentive and confident service

What we are looking for

We are not looking for someone who simply wants “a job in hospitality”. We are looking for a professional hospitality specialist who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys delivering excellent service.

• Have previous experience in high-quality or fine-dining-oriented service
• Are confident managing your own section independently
• Enjoy quality hospitality and providing personal service to guests
• Remain attentive and organised, even during busy services
• Are reliable, structured and a strong team player
• Enjoy taking responsibility and contributing your own ideas
• Have a professional, well-presented and welcoming manner
• Communicate confidently in German and English
• Are excited to be part of a young concept and actively contribute to its continued development

What we offer

• Full-time position for the 2026/27 winter season
• 40 hours, 5 days per week

Join our team as a Host at Haus Leithner – your job by Lake Achensee in Tyrol!

Do you enjoy working with people, like to think on your feet, and can juggle several tasks at once without losing your overview? We're looking for you to join Haus Leithner in Pertisau am Achensee as a Host (m/f/d) – in a permanent, year-round position with real prospects.

As Host, you're the central point of contact for our guests: from the initial enquiry, through a warm personal welcome, to organising our own small and medium-sized events. You bring front and back office together, making sure our guests feel thoroughly well looked after throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities:

• Front and back office: sales and enquiry management, in-person guest care, check-in/check-out
• Organising small to medium-sized events and event series: from initial concept through planning and detailed organisation to delivery on the day
• Preparing quotes and invoicing for guest enquiries and events

What you bring:

• Experience in hospitality, catering or event management
• A genuine enjoyment of working with guests, with a confident and warm manner
• Languages: German (min. Level B2), English (min. Level B1)
• Strong organisational skills and an independent way of working
• Motivation to get involved and bring your own ideas to the table
• A driven personality keen to develop further

What we offer:

• A permanent, year-round position: 40 hours over 5 days (with the option to increase to 48 hours/6 days during peak season)
• Pay in line with the collective agreement (min. 2.323,00 € gross to KV-Gastronomie & Hotellerie für Tirol 2026) – we're happy to discuss the details in person
