For the upcoming 2026/27 winter season, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our team at Haus Leithner Bistro in Pertisau am Achensee.

About Haus Leithner Bistro

Since opening in 2025, Haus Leithner Bistro has established itself as a modern and stylish meeting place in Pertisau am Achensee. From breakfast through to evening service, we combine quality products with a relaxed atmosphere, personal service and genuine Tyrolean hospitality.

Our small, well-established team works professionally, efficiently and on equal terms. At the same time, we give you the freedom to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the development of our concept.

Your role as Chef de Rang

As a Chef de Rang, you will play an important role within our service team. You will confidently manage your own section, look after our guests with genuine attention and ensure that professional service and warm hospitality go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently managing and looking after your own section
• Providing professional and attentive à-la-carte service
• Advising guests confidently on food and drinks
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Mise en place and maintaining your section before, during and after service
• Close and professional cooperation with the kitchen and service team
• Actively contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our service standards
• Creating a warm and personal experience for our guests through attentive and confident service

What we are looking for

We are not looking for someone who simply wants “a job in hospitality”. We are looking for a professional hospitality specialist who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys delivering excellent service.

• Have previous experience in high-quality or fine-dining-oriented service
• Are confident managing your own section independently

• Remain attentive and organised, even during busy services

• Have a professional, well-presented and welcoming manner
• Communicate confidently in German and English

What we offer

• Full-time position for the 2026/27 winter season

We are looking for a colleague to support our small kitchen team!

- You have experience in professional kitchens.

- You can prepare high-quality dishes.

- You can work independently.

Our offer:

 - 48 hours a day, 6 days a week from December to March, and beyond

 -Payment higher collective agreement; let us discuss the right terms for you

For our small and charming guesthouse in Pertisau at Lake Achensee, we are looking for support in housekeeping, in the upcoming winter season from 17.12.2026-14.03.2027. As part of our friendly and familiar team, you will help ensure that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment and fully enjoy their stay.

You can expect a personal working environment with short decision-making paths, mutual support, and a respectful atmosphere. Quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.

Your responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
• Preparing rooms for arrivals and departures
• Checking cleanliness and completeness of room equipment
• Careful handling of cleaning materials and supplies
• Supporting general housekeeping duties

• Experience in housekeeping
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Eye for detail and cleanliness
• Team spirit and a friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of German or English
