Large living room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, storage room for bicycles, skis, and hiking gear, parking space, baby equipment available. NO pets.
The holiday apartment is just three minutes' walk from the lake. Bus stop directly in front of the apartment, bus with guest card free throughout the region. You can start hiking directly behind the house in summer. The boat dock, kite school, and the nearest playground are within walking distance. In sufficient snow in winter, the cross-country skiing track starts right in front of the house, and ski areas are nearby. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are a 10-minute walk away, with the center of Maurach about 2.5km away.
