Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee Federal Road B181, after 7 kilometers turn in the center of Maurach towards Pertisau. It is also possible to travel without tolls via the Achen Pass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achen Pass or Bad Tölz – crossing the state border via Achenkirch to Maurach.

Travel by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Lake Achensee. See bus schedule www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee in Maurach is free of charge upon presenting your reservation confirmation.

Ich habe mich hier von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders toll fand ich die super Wandertipps – dadurch konnte ich die Umgebung noch besser kennenlernen. Die familiäre und angenehme Atmosphäre hat den Aufenthalt für mich besonders schön gemacht und konnte ohne Probleme noch eine Nacht länger bleiben 😊 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Ich komme nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder und freue mich schon darauf. Absolute Empfehlung! 😊

The three of us felt incredibly well taken care of here. The surroundings were beautiful, the family-run guesthouse was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant recommendations were also spot on. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again in Maurach on the wonderful Lake Achensee.

Liebe Familie Krischan Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Euch in Eurer Familienpension! Alles war einfach wundervoll – von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft über die gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft bis hin zur tollen Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ideal, um die traumhafte Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! ❤️🏔️ Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! 😊

We had a wonderful holiday with the Krischan family. They are such a warm and welcoming family. We booked the large, beautiful apartment with a view of Lake Achensee. A holiday with a toddler at the Krischan family's place is absolutely recommendable. Thank you so much for the lovely holiday! 🥰

I had a wonderful time at the Krischan family guesthouse! The hosts are incredibly friendly. The location near Lake Achensee is fantastic, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The delicious breakfast, in particular, made for a lovely start to my day. I've been coming to Lake Achensee for many years now. This year was simply fantastic for me. See you next year! A guesthouse in a fantastic location right on Lake Achensee. You can access the lake directly for free or via the Atoll Bathing Area for a fee. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Delicious breakfast and a very welcoming, family-run atmosphere thanks to the Krischan family, who offer helpful tips and even helped out when one of our children broke their foot. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Familie Krischan geht zuende. Vom sauberen Zimmer mit Seeblick, über ein wirklich ausreichendes Frühstück bis hin zu Wander- und Wettertips der wandererfahrenen Familie am Morgen. (Wenn's über Pertisau schwarz daher kommt, hast noch 15 Minuten 😅). Ich komme gerne wieder, es gab nun wirklich nichts auszusetzen 😇

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. We often stay in this region and can't wait to return. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The house was comfortable and clean, with towels changed daily. The breakfast was complete and plentiful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the house and wanted for nothing. Their advice and suggestions for exploring the region and hiking trails were invaluable. We felt right at home in this typical Austrian house. Thank you, Lucia and Michael. We will be back! Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der schönen Pension und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer mit Blick zum Achensee, die Gastfreundschaft, Sauberkeit,das Frühstück war alles top.Wenn du Fragen zur Umgebung, Wanderung oder Wetter hast, nehmen sie sich gerne Zeit für dich.
