Naturhotel Alpenblick

Our Naturhotel Alpenblick is a family-run hotel in 2nd generation. The whole family is actively involved in the hotel and tries to spoil you with regional products in the best possible way. The familiar atmosphere gives every guest the feeling of being at home. Unique is our breathtaking view over the Achensee from our rooms and from the dining room. A special highlight is the new Panorama Infinitypool with a wonderful view of the Achensee and the Karwendel Mountains. We are looking forward to seeing you!

For your four-legged friend we charge € 18,-- per day in his own basket or dog blanket. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that dogs are not welcome in the dining room or the wellness area.

A wonderful vacation – we'll definitely be back! We spent 10 wonderful days with our dog at the Naturhotel Alpenblick and were absolutely thrilled. We've already decided: We'll be back! 😊 Our room was spacious, comfortably furnished, and had a huge balcony with a spectacular view of Lake Achensee and the surrounding mountains. This view alone was a highlight every morning. We especially loved the hotel's location. The Rofan cable car is practically right outside, and beautiful hiking trails into the Rofan Mountains start directly from the hotel. A Spar supermarket and a gas station are also easily accessible. In winter, the ski slope even ends right at the hotel or the Rofan cable car parking lot, so the location is truly perfect. The hotel is family-run, and you can definitely feel it. The way they treat guests is warm, personal, and pleasantly familial. You don't just feel like a hotel guest, but genuinely welcome. Our dog was also warmly welcomed, which was especially lovely for us. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped; our room had a large bed as well as a comfortable seating area. The beds are a good size. Our mattresses were initially too soft for our liking. However, we later learned that the mattresses have different firmness levels on each side and could simply have been flipped. Had we mentioned this right away, the problem would have been solved immediately. 😊 We'll know that for next time. 🍽️ A real highlight: the kitchen! Someone here clearly loves their job and knows their craft. The cuisine truly impressed us, and without exaggeration: the food is almost Michelin-star quality! Every evening there was an imaginative five-course menu that was not only incredibly delicious but also varied and beautifully presented. There were always delicious dishes that we had never tasted before. That's exactly what we consider good cuisine. Fish lovers will also be in heaven. Every day there was a choice of fish, and what particularly impressed us was that we never once found a bone in the fish fillet. 👍 After dinner, you can wonderfully round off the evening in the cozy bar with a beer, a good wine, or a delicious cocktail. Our furry friend was also welcome to join us there. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness with a View We thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area during our stay and used it daily. The large, pleasantly warm infinity pool overlooking Lake Achensee is simply magnificent. There are also various sauna areas – and here, too, you're accompanied by that fantastic view of the mountains and the lake. Our verdict: 200% recommendation! ❤️ We felt completely at ease at the Naturhotel Alpenblick, thoroughly enjoying the warmth of the Prantl family, the beautiful location, the fantastic cuisine, the wellness area, and, of course, the stunning scenery of Lake Achensee. Many thanks to the Prantl family and the entire team for this wonderful time, from Marika, Volker and Vaiana 🐶

Unser Urlaub im Naturhotel "Alpenblick" war wunderschön! Es war alles da,was die Seele braucht-ein toller Ausblick auf den Achensee und die Berge. The ambiance was refined, the exquisite food elegantly served, the service outstanding, every wish fulfilled whenever possible, the atmosphere peaceful and relaxed, the view breathtaking, the pool overlooking Lake Achensee and the mountains – nothing was left to be desired. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming way the staff treated guests. Here you can truly still experience a holiday in a family-run hotel. The additional option of using the second pool in the garden and enjoying the view from a sun lounger is wonderful in the summer. The underground parking garage and ample outdoor parking are also very convenient. With numerous excursion options and hiking trails starting right from the hotel, what more could you ask for? Everything was perfect, which is why we're coming back in October.

Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht. Die Betreiberfamilie ist mega gastfreundlich. Man schaut stets in nette Gesichter. Das Essen ist von höchster Güte, die Zimmer sind sauber, der Wellnessbereich ist unbeschreiblich gut und der großzügige Innenpool bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über den Achensee. Was für ein perfekter Aufenthalt bei euch. Hier passt einfach alles, sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber Familie, ein herausragendes Abendessen, toller Wellnessbereich mit traumhaften Blick auf den Achensee. Hier kann man sich einfach erholen. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön am Hang, ca. 15min zu Fuß vom See entfernt und unmittelbar in der Nähe der Talstation für die Rofanbahn.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Alpenblick in August 2025, and we can only say: it was a complete success! We received a warm welcome upon check-in and immediately felt at home. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and offer a perfect blend of coziness and comfort. Everything appears high-quality, clean, and designed with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire hotel – you can tell that hospitality is truly practiced here. The beautiful spa area is an absolute highlight. The pool with its panoramic view is simply breathtaking and invites you to relax and unwind. The view makes the spa experience truly special. We would love to come back.

A fantastic holiday despite the mixed weather 🏔️ The food was second to none 😍 A family-run hotel where they always had a friendly and helpful answer, even when we had many questions 🙏 The wellness area was perfectly adequate 💪🏻 and the view from the balcony was simply amazing 😍😍😍😍 We'll definitely be back (hopefully with better weather 🥲)
