Hatte einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Service ist wunderbar. Es hat alles super geklappt bei den Spa Reservierungen. A beautiful hotel in a hilltop location. The staff were very friendly and hardworking. The spa area and pool were lovely and spacious, offering plenty of options. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast on our arrival day, as well as the welcome drink. We will definitely be back.

We had 3 wonderful days! The service was perfect, and we even had a late check-out on Sunday! The pool is fantastic (even better in the sunshine :-)), and the sauna area is very well laid out! The Zillertal dark beer is divine, and you can even pour your own! Where else can you find something like that??? Thomasz's sauna infusions are perfect. You can tell he enjoys his work. I can imagine that the saunas might be a bit small during peak season... but they were perfectly adequate for us! The food was also very, very good... if you want to find something to complain about, you can always find something... we couldn't find anything at all... everything tasted delicious... and the wine list is full of real gems! The value for money is perfect, both for the wine and for the whole package! We'd love to come back! P.S.: The young magician was truly impressive! You rarely see something like that!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with Ego4you. We felt extremely comfortable. The value for money is unbeatable. The food was really delicious. The selection of complimentary drinks (apples, tea, juices, soft drinks, etc.) is simply fantastic. Such a wide range of drinks is rarely found these days. Please keep it up – these little extras really make the stay special. The rooms are great and offer a breathtaking view (the hairdryer in the pine room 210 is a bit weak – perhaps it could be replaced with a more powerful model). The spa area had everything you could need. There was even a warmer pool where you could comfortably sit for a while :) Another positive point is that the linens smelled really good. The entire hotel had a pleasant fragrance (no chlorine or other unpleasant odors). A big thank you to Walter as well: The e-bike tour was super fun and definitely made us want to stay at the hotel again.

We've been enthusiastic wellness vacationers for many years and received a gift voucher. We stayed at the hotel for two days, and we can say one thing: the value for money is incredibly fantastic. The wellness/sauna area is exceptionally well-designed and includes everything you could possibly want. The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection of everything, and above all, the quality is impressive. The vitality buffet includes a huge and diverse selection of salads and a main course with various side dishes, including vegetables. The dessert buffet is incredibly good, with warm apple strudel and vanilla sauce—simply sensational and very delicious. All drinks are also included, and you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with this view. The dinner is Michelin-star quality, and the wine selection is particularly excellent and extensive. The wine prices are simply amazing. The rooms are more than spacious enough, very clean, and beautifully furnished. But the absolute highlight is the staff, whose friendliness, helpfulness, and cheerfulness are second to none. It would be unfair to single anyone out – reception, food, sauna attendant, cleaning staff, etc. – please keep up the good work. As Tyrolean "wellness enthusiasts," we are absolutely thrilled, and to conclude, I'd like to quote the Pink Panther: we'll be back, no question!

I don't usually write hotel reviews, but in this case, I HAVE to make an exception…😜 This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms (and we "only" had a standard double room) are modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished – fantastic! The spa area is a dream, including a heated outdoor pool and an even warmer whirlpool – truly wonderful! The gym is also incredible – all state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line TechnoGym equipment, impeccably maintained…and you need it, because now we come to the food – it's incredible…there's really nothing to improve. Everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – it couldn't be better! The service – superb! Everything is spot on! Friendly, fun, always there, but never intrusive or overbearing! Top-notch! The only criticism: I can only give it 5 stars! This hotel absolutely deserves more! Keep up the great work – you guys are truly amazing! 👍🏼
