Wir waren für drei Nächte vor Ort und sind begeistert. Nettes Personal, hervorragender Spa-Bereich und viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Essen - sowohl Frühstück, als auch Mittagsbuffet und Abendessen - sind top: hochwertige Zutaten und kreative Rezepte. Uns hat es super gefallen. Die Getränkepreise sind absolut fair. Zudem sehr gute Lage um direkt vom Hotel aus loszuwandern. Ganz kleiner Minuspunkt: Hunde dürfen nicht mit ins Restaurant. Ansonsten aber sehr hundefreundlich!

Im Reiterhof kannst du dich eigentlich nur wohlfühlen. Gastfreundschaft, Essen/trinken, Fitness und Wellness auf höchstem Niveau. Den Achensee sieht man halt nicht.

We had a fantastic time at the Aktiv- & Reiterhof Hotel in Achenkirch and felt right at home from the very first moment! The service was incredibly warm, attentive, and always friendly. The hotel's location is simply stunning. We especially loved that you can embark on beautiful hikes directly from the hotel. You don't have to drive far at all; you can just start walking and enjoy the magnificent surroundings. It's perfect, especially with a dog! We were particularly impressed by how dog-friendly the hotel is. The designated dog station right outside the hotel upon arrival was a truly wonderful and thoughtful touch. You can tell that four-legged guests are warmly welcomed here! The food was also absolutely superb! We enjoyed delicious meals every day and looked forward to them each time. Another highlight for us was the spa area. The different sauna infusions offered daily were fantastic and provided pure relaxation and rejuvenation. The rooms were also very stylish, comfortable, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. We were also very impressed by how dog-friendly the hotel is. For us, it was simply a wonderful and relaxing time where everything was perfect. Many thanks to the entire team for this fantastic stay – we will definitely be back!

We "discovered" this hotel in the summer of 2024 and have stayed there nine times since, usually booking the same room with a fantastic view of the garden, pool, and mountains. Our vacation begins the moment we arrive at reception. Super friendly ladies, like Anna-Maria, always greet us warmly. Parking in the underground garage is ideal, with short walks to the elevator and our rooms. Many staff members recognize you as you walk through the hotel and take the time for a quick chat. A highlight for us is the large fitness area and the fitness program offered by Tomasz, Zolt, and Walter, which we make extensive use of. The outdoor pool, loungers, sauna, relaxation room upstairs, etc., perfectly meet our expectations. We also regularly book massages, and the Merkur team goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast selection is huge, and the senior owners do a fantastic job at the egg counter. ... The afternoon snack with two hot dishes, two soups, and a salad and cake buffet was fantastic for us, especially the schnitzel lunch on Sundays. Why some guests mention unfriendly staff in their reviews is beyond me. Everyone in the service area (for example: David, Zoltan, Iwan, Arkos, Betty, Mariann, Kerstin, etc.) is extremely friendly, courteous, and very quick to serve, and they are always happy to accommodate special requests. Dinner and the buffets on Saturdays and Fridays are always a highlight. Sometimes a bit experimental, but there are alternatives on the menu. I could write much more positive things, but that would go beyond the scope of this review. In any case, we always come back to the riding stable and love it. K&S

Beautiful, modern rooms with warm colors and high-quality bathrooms, plus a consistently welcoming team from check-in to the bar. Breakfast isn't a standard buffet, but rather regional and truly excellent – ​​and the cuisine also completely won us over in the evenings. The absolute highlight: the new spa area with two outdoor pools, perfect for swimming laps early in the morning, and an exceptionally large whirlpool. Everything is state-of-the-art and meticulously designed down to the last detail. A fantastic location, ideal for walks, e-bikes available for rent, and free parking. The value for money is excellent – ​​we couldn't find a single thing to criticize. We would love to come back!

Our absolute favorite hotel for years! We've tried many spa hotels, but nowhere do we feel as comfortable as at Hotel Reiterhof. It's perfect for relaxing by the swimming pond, both in winter and summer. For our wedding, we even received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, complete with a bouquet of flowers – a truly wonderful gesture! The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer stunning panoramic views. The food (a five-course menu) is always delicious, and the service is consistently warm and welcoming. The spa area is expansive and very peaceful thanks to the separation of the family and adults-only sections. If you have the chance, we highly recommend experiencing the sauna infusions.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel – hier stimmt einfach alles! Vom sehr schönen Zimmer über den wunderschönen Garten mit Pool und Schwimmteich bis hin zur ausgezeichneten Küche. Auch das Personal ist wirklich äußerst freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
