We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The location, the spa, the meals, and the staff – there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I almost want to avoid giving a five star to this hotel so that it doesn't get "too popular", but it's impossible not to. We visit it in a regular basis, and at every visit it keeps getting better. In our last visit, we noticed a massive improvement of dinner service. Very attentive and professional staff, impeccable food! Outdoor pool, SPA area, bar area are all flawless. They customarily offer using the pool and SPA area including lunch on the checkout day, which prolongs the great experience. Now they also built changing rooms with lockers so you can just enjoy the pool until the evening, change, and hit the road to home. That makes the hotel an optimal weekend trip destination for us. Special thanks to Anna Marie at the reception, who is always very polite and welcoming. She gave us a room upgrade after she just by chance found out that we got married since our last visit, although we didn't ask for it or expect it at all. This is how you make your visitors happy. My only feedback for improvement would be some kind of entertainment at the bar after the dinner, like inviting a pianist or playing some soft live music at the bar.

Wir hatten leider kein neu renoviertes Zimmer (würde beim nächsten Mal definitiv danach fragen). Das Zimmer war sehr klassisch und im ländlichen Stil. (Siehe Homepage). Tiefgarage top. Begrüssung und Service aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter absolut freundlich und professionell. Alle offenen Fragen wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt und wir hatten einen Top Aufenthalt. Spabereich und Saunalandschaft waren on Point und der Saunameister Thomasz ist ein Vollprofi, unbedingt an einem Aufguss von ihm teilnehmen. Kulinarisch absolut perfekt und auf hohem Niveau. Lage des Hotels ausgesprochen gut. Man ist schnell am See, kann gut Wandern, hat im Winter im Snowpark 5min mit dem Auto entfernt die Möglichkeit Moonbike zu fahren (mega geil) Insgesamt ein herrlicher Urlaub, wir kommen im Sommer wieder

The hotel is beautifully situated above the town of Achenkirch. The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful, both in the restaurant and at reception. The shuttle to the ski area/cross-country ski trails is essentially an on-demand taxi service (though ideally, you should book in advance where and when you need to be taken to facilitate planning and check availability), and it works flawlessly. The only point of criticism: the check-in was somewhat impersonal and bumpy. I had to wait for my room, which wasn't a problem in principle, as I arrived at noon and the room wasn't ready until 2 p.m. I was offered a welcome drink while I waited… but there was no inquiry as to whether I wanted to use the spa area or anything similar. The spa area and the fitness room are large, modern, and bright, and you definitely feel comfortable. I assume that when the hotel is fully booked, there might be a shortage of loungers – but this wasn't an issue during my stay.
