This is our third time staying at Loisi's as a family, and we look forward to returning every time! The location is fantastic, and the hotel is easily accessible without any toll roads. It's just a few minutes by car from Lake Achensee. The hotel is bright and welcoming, and always spotlessly clean. For us, it's a place where we feel completely at ease. The room has a small mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, and Tyrolean stone oil shampoo and shower gel (which we've always bought in Pertisau to take home, although they also have an online shop). All the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. There's a wide variety of breads and rolls, pretzels and croissants, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, and various egg dishes and pancakes, all freshly prepared. The hotel restaurant is also highly recommended. We love having dinner there and find it very convenient to be able to relax and enjoy delicious food in a cozy atmosphere at the end of the day. The hotel restaurant is also highly recommended. All in all, we highly recommend Loisi's Boutique Hotel and we are already looking forward to our next stay here in Achenkirch at Loisi's!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute favorite place for the whole family! This was our third stay at Hotel Loisi’s as a family of four (children aged 9 and 12) with our dog – and we always love coming back! The service is simply outstanding, and the food is always a highlight. The rooms are perfectly laid out and spotlessly clean. What's especially great is how welcome dogs are; our four-legged friend loves it here just as much as we do. The kids have already decided: We have to go to Loisi’s at Lake Achensee at least once a year! There really is absolutely nothing to complain about. We simply cannot understand the negative reviews. For us, it's the perfect hotel, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

We had the most wonderful winter vacation at this family-run hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. From my initial call to ask about the hotel, its amenities, and the kids’ skiing lessons, I felt truly welcomed and well cared for. The heart of this place is the manager and owner, Carina. You can truly sense that the person who owns the hotel is also the one managing it every day. It honestly seemed like she never sleeps, always present, kind-hearted, approachable, and ready to help with a warm smile and a kind word. She handles everything — greeting guests, offering tips, checking in during dinner, and ensuring every detail is perfect. Her dedication, warmth, and good-heartedness fostered an atmosphere where we felt like more than just guests; my daughter and I felt at home. The staff clearly lead by example. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, service was fast, thoughtful, and personalized. We always felt that people truly cared about our stay. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean — just what you want after a full day on the slopes. One can see and feel that cleanliness and maintenance are taken very seriously. The food was exceptional. From breakfast to dinner, everything was fresh, varied, and delicious. You could really taste the quality and the care put into each dish. Their Kaiserschmarrn was insanely good and felt more like a carefully planned heist on my self-control. It should be illegal in at least 50 countries! The hotel's location is a dream for skiers. The gondola station is so close that it’s basically ski-in/ski-out, making it very easy to get to and from the mountain incredibly easy. On top of that, Carina gave us excellent advice about the kids’ ski school, which really helped me organize my daughter's lessons with ease. My daughter and I enjoyed this first stay so much that we’ve already decided to return with the whole family. It’s rare to find a place where the owner is also the manager, so present, caring, and involved, combined with such a perfect location, excellent food, and friendly people. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly and wholeheartedly recommended, especially for any family with kids and pets—you will love it.

We spent four nights at this hotel and it was perfect. Dogs were more than welcome. All the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were simply excellent. The rooms were clean and charmingly furnished. We highly recommend this stay and will definitely be back!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff make every day of your vacation special. The rooms are clean and superbly equipped. The layout and size of the closets and the rooms in general are the best features. The food is varied, and every meal was delicious, from regional specialties and pizza to more elaborate dishes (e.g., Chateaubriand and cheese fondue). Overall rating: Fantastic

A dream vacation in a small but lovingly run hotel with fantastic food and excellent staff. Our four-night stay went by two too quickly; we felt comfortable from the very first moment. Breakfast is brilliantly organized and has everything you could want. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the ski lift is just 200 meters away. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes, modernes und trotzdem gemütliches Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Skifahren: der Lift ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Das Essen allgemein sehr gut, inkl. guter Weinauswahl. Karins Massagen sind auch sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
