Welcome to Landhaus Achental – your retreat in Pertisau on Lake Achensee. Our guesthouse is quietly located at the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for numerous activities in nature. The Karwendel Nature Park is right on our doorstep and invites you to extensive hikes and bike tours. Lake Achensee is also just a few minutes' walk away and offers numerous water sports opportunities.
In our family-run guesthouse Landhaus Achental in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, you can expect eleven individually furnished rooms and apartments in Tyrolean style.
The rooms and apartments accommodate two to four people and range from 25 to 45 m² in size. Some of our accommodations feature separate living and sleeping areas or a kitchenette. In the morning, we serve a rich breakfast in our cozy breakfast room so that you can start the day well-prepared. We look forward to welcoming you with us.

Inntal motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee federal road B181, after 7 kilometers turn from the center of Maurach to Pertisau. It is also possible to travel without tolls via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – across the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau.
Traveling by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See bus timetable www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee to Pertisau is free of charge upon presenting your reservation confirmation.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (approximately 140km), and Salzburg (approximately 150km).
