The mountain lifts and bathing beaches can be reached in just a few minutes.
Thanks to the ground-level access, you can comfortably reach your accommodation, where you can unwind after an eventful day and enjoy the special atmosphere. You will find a parking space directly at the house, as well as storage options for bicycles, skis, etc.

We are very pleased to welcome you to our lovingly managed multi-generational house. Our cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2025 and offers modern comfort in a family atmosphere.
As an active family, we are committed to providing our guests not only with a beautiful home away from home but also with a piece of lived hospitality. Our house is family-friendly and open to everyone who appreciates the tranquility, warmth, and natural beauty of the region.
Since we ourselves are deeply rooted in the Achensee and its surroundings, we are happy to share our best tips with you – whether for picturesque hikes, varied excursions, or culinary discoveries. We aim to contribute to making your vacation as relaxing, eventful, and unforgettable as possible.
