Surrounding the house awaits a small paradise: generous green spaces, plenty of room, and a wonderfully quiet location that is still centrally connected. A private parking space is available directly at the house, and the nearest bus stop can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
For active guests, there are practical storage options for bicycles, skis, or hiking equipment – and the best part: walking trails and cross-country ski tracks start right at your doorstep, and wonderful hiking paths are just around the corner. The mountain railways and bathing beaches can be reached in just a few minutes.
Thanks to the ground-level access, you can comfortably enter your accommodation, where you can unwind and enjoy the special atmosphere after an eventful day. You will find a parking space directly at the house, as well as storage options for bicycles, skis, etc.

We are very pleased to welcome you to our lovingly managed multi-generational house. Our cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2025 and offers modern comfort in a family atmosphere.
As an active family, we are committed to providing our guests not only with a beautiful home away from home but also with a piece of lived hospitality. Our house is family-friendly and open to everyone who appreciates the tranquility, warmth, and natural beauty of the region.
Since we ourselves are deeply rooted in the Achensee and its surroundings, we are happy to share our best tips with you – whether for picturesque hikes, varied excursions, or culinary discoveries. We aim to contribute to making your vacation as relaxing, eventful, and unforgettable as possible.
