Summer at the Achensee has much to offer. The Zwölferkopf high above Pertisau is a natural arena for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, and "recharging." Tips for mountain bike tours to the most beautiful places in the region are provided by Markus, the trained bike guide and junior manager at the hotel. Pfandler guests receive a special rate for the cable car. The two golf courses at the Achensee are presented at a high international level. Guests of the Pfandler can reach both the golf course and the driving range with just a few steps (20% green fee discount for hotel guests). The outdoor sports program continues indoors at the Pfandler hotel in a well-equipped fitness room.

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.
Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km).
