Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.

Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km). Das Hotel hat den typischen Tiroler Charme. Wir lieben es so und sind gern dort. Es ist ruhig und gediegen. Es hat einen hübschen kleinen Fittness und Saunabereich. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen 1A Blick auf die Gleitschirmflieger, die landen nämlich genau auf der Wiese vor der Terrasse. Wer ein Zimmer mit Bilck auf den Karwendel hat, kann morgens und abends ganz viel Rehe auf dem Rodelhang sehen. Das Essen, der Service und die Reinigung sind hervorragend, super liebe, freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir werden bestimmt auch noch ein 4. Mal wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt, besonders wenn man mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Bike unterwegs ist. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus zu tollen Touren starten. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und besonders das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett und freundlich. Preislich ist das Hotel zwar eher teuer, allerdings sind die Preise in dieser Gegend generell sehr hoch. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Bei diesem Zimmerpreis wäre eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit gewesen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Wir können nur das Restaurant bewerten , da wir zum Essen dort waren. Lage ruhig ,tolle Aussicht,sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, alles gepflegt , Essen geschmacklich sehr gut , ausreichende Portionen und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Mineralwasser in einer Flasche , gute Marke - kein Leitungswasser mit Kohlensäure im offenen Krug ,wie es leider so oft angeboten wird . Kaffee sehr gut und insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Wir sind im Oktober wieder am Achensee und sicherlich auch wieder da zum Essen !

We stayed two nights at Hotel Bergland in Pertisau and really enjoyed it immensely. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable, and you can tell that a lot of attention is paid to the guests. The hotel is very neat, clean, and well-maintained, and has that cozy Austrian/Tyrolean atmosphere. Everything feels warm and inviting. The breakfast was also well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. The location is, of course, fantastic. You are right by the Achensee, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Especially in the evening, the view over the lake is truly stunning. 😍 We were only here for two nights, but could have easily stayed longer. We felt very comfortable as a family and look back on our stay with a very good feeling. Hotel Bergland is definitely highly recommended if you are staying in Pertisau/Achensee. We would certainly book here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5/5 – thank you for the wonderful stay!**

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Hotel Bergland and felt completely at ease. We would especially like to commend the exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always helpful staff. In every interaction, you can feel that hospitality is truly practiced here. All employees were consistently warm, dedicated, and always ready to listen to our questions and requests. The room, the cleanliness, and the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel also contributed greatly to our positive experience. The spa area is inviting and relaxing, further enhancing our overall sense of well-being. One small suggestion for improvement concerns the breakfast buffet. While the selection and quality of the food are good, we would appreciate more healthy options in the future. In particular, a wider range of gluten-free and lactose-free products, as well as fewer wheat-heavy offerings, would make breakfast even more appealing and better cater to the diverse dietary needs of our guests. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Bergland and thank them sincerely for the wonderful stay. We look forward to returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We spent seven wonderful days at the Hotel Bergland in Pertisau and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Even before our arrival, we were delighted: We received a friendly email with detailed directions, making it easy to find the hotel. This thoughtful service made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome at reception. Throughout our entire stay, every single member of staff greeted us with friendliness, warmth, and a smile. You can immediately sense that hospitality here comes from the heart. We especially remember Nicola, Brian, Viola, and the ever-friendly housekeeper. On behalf of the entire team, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to them. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember everyone's name, but every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always had a kind word for the guests. We particularly appreciated the many small details that made our stay so special. For example, the milk for the coffee was warmed in the morning so it wouldn't curdle – a thoughtful touch that shows how much the hotel values its guests' well-being. We also loved the little decorative hearts. The hotel is exceptionally clean, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail. The traditional atmosphere of this family-run establishment creates a special sense of comfort. Candles were lit in the evenings, giving the entire hotel a wonderfully warm and inviting ambiance. The view is breathtaking and perfectly complements the vacation experience. The cuisine deserves special praise. The food was simply outstanding. Honestly, words fail us to describe just how superb the food was. Every day was a culinary delight, and you could taste the passion, quality, and attention to detail in every dish. For us, it was a truly wonderful vacation full of relaxation, warmth, and enjoyment. Hotel Bergland is a marvelous, traditional, and family-run establishment where you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable time. Our stay at Hotel Bergland was truly wonderful. The location on Lake Achensee is exceptionally peaceful and, at the same time, an ideal starting point for excursions and walks. We were particularly impressed by the food. Every day there were delicious and varied dishes that we could look forward to all day long. The scales at home probably won't be as happy about our vacation as we were, but it was absolutely worth it. 😄 A big thank you also goes to the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Brian, in particular, made a lasting impression with his charming manner and contributed to us feeling welcome at all times.
