We stayed overnight in the garden house over the summer solstice and felt completely at ease. The location is simply superb – the stunning mountain view was perfect for enjoying the bonfire on the mountaintop and the special atmosphere of the solstice. The proximity to the lake is ideal for an evening stroll. The house is modern and very tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped, so we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and ensured a truly restful sleep. We would especially like to highlight the warm hospitality of Birgit and Florian. They are excellent hosts and took great care of us. We received a very friendly welcome and a warm introduction to the house right from the start. This made us feel immediately welcome and well looked after. Overall, it was a wonderful stay – we felt right at home, would love to come back, and can absolutely recommend the BAUA garden house.

We spent a wonderful month enjoying BAUA. Truly a beautiful house, lovely interior, and equipped with every comfort. In a gorgeous location near the Achensee. Everything has been thought of, even fresh herbs in the garden. And Brigit and her husband are wonderful hosts. We will definitely return here in the future.

Fantastic house! Lovingly and meticulously designed. Very high-quality furnishings; we lacked nothing. Basic equipment was provided in sufficient quantities. Very warm and accommodating hosts.

We stayed in the garden house BAUA over the Christmas holidays and immediately felt at home. The house impresses with its beautiful architecture, which, combined with traditional materials such as wood and natural stone, and a harmonious interior design, creates a magnificent overall impression. Birgit is an excellent host who took great care of us. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return.
