Absolutely beautiful! And highly recommended. The four of us spent a few days in the garden house BAUA and had a wonderful time in a peaceful setting, very close to Lake Achensee, with plenty of space. The house is a highlight, both architecturally and in terms of its furnishings. It makes you feel welcome and valued. The wonderful views from the various windows are simply incomparable. Perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished – it truly lacks nothing. The landscaped garden at the back of the house is particularly lovely, with a sheltered terrace, comfortable garden furniture, and a sauna. A large Weber grill is also provided. The owner is incredibly kind and gave us many great tips on things to do, where to eat, and so on. We definitely want to come back. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos...

Wonderful house, everything thought of! We, a group of six adults, spent a very enjoyable few days there. From the coffee maker with grinder and the Nespresso machine to the wine glasses, sauna, and blanket for relaxing on the terrace in the evenings, everything is provided for a relaxing yet active getaway. The lake shore with its sunbathing lawn and the mountain railway are within walking distance, as are the bike rental and the climbing gym.

We stayed overnight in the garden house over the summer solstice and felt completely at ease. The location is simply superb – the stunning mountain view was perfect for enjoying the bonfire on the mountaintop and the special atmosphere of the solstice. The proximity to the lake is ideal for an evening stroll. The house is modern and very tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped, so we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and ensured a truly restful sleep. We would especially like to highlight the warm hospitality of Birgit and Florian. They are excellent hosts and took great care of us. We received a very friendly welcome and a warm introduction to the house right from the start. This made us feel immediately welcome and well looked after. Overall, it was a wonderful stay – we felt right at home, would love to come back, and can absolutely recommend the BAUA garden house.

We spent a wonderful month enjoying BAUA. Truly a beautiful house, lovely interior, and equipped with every comfort. In a gorgeous location near the Achensee. Everything has been thought of, even fresh herbs in the garden. And Brigit and her husband are wonderful hosts. We will definitely return here in the future.

We stayed in the garden house BAUA over the Christmas holidays and immediately felt at home. The house impresses with its beautiful architecture, which, combined with traditional materials such as wood and natural stone, and a harmonious interior design, creates a magnificent overall impression. Birgit is an excellent host who took great care of us. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return.
