In our in-house ski school, children aged 3 and older receive a free ski course when staying for 6 days or more. For adults, there is free ski guiding from Monday to Friday. Ski equipment can be conveniently rented at the hotel sports shop.

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Achenkirch. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch.

Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Achenkirch.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km). You can pre-book transfers to and from all airports with Taxi Kröll in Maurach, Tel. +43(5243)43280, www.taxikroell.com or with the airport transfer service Four Seasons Travel Tel. +43(512)584157, www.tirol-taxi.at.

As a family, we were very happy with the hotel and the entire team. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped. The food was a real treat every single day. Parents could choose from a set menu, while the children enjoyed a delicious buffet. It was truly delicious every day. Lunch and afternoon snacks at the Seealm restaurant were also excellent. With so much on offer, the children certainly couldn't get bored. There's an indoor pool, a kids' club, and at the Seealm restaurant, a lovely natural pond and a slide. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday, and we will definitely be back. Many thanks to the entire team!

We had a truly wonderful family vacation at the family resort on Lake Achensee and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The food was excellent every day – varied, high-quality, and perfect for both adults and children. What impressed us most, however, was the entire family concept. There are so many activities and programs that boredom is simply not an option. The absolute highlight, though, is the childcare. The team does a fantastic job and manages to captivate the children with their warmth, creativity, and good humor. This gives us as parents the chance to actually relax and enjoy our vacation – a real luxury. A special shout-out goes to Timo. He's a real live wire, his good mood is contagious, and he instantly won over our children. Employees like him make all the difference and contribute significantly to making everyone feel completely at ease. Many thanks to the entire team!

We spent 10 days at the hotel and had a wonderful time with our children, aged 7 and 3. The staff were all very friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and very child-friendly. The combination of a buffet for the children and set menus for the parents, served at the table, was perfect and made dinners very relaxed. There are plenty of activities to choose from in and around the hotel, whatever the weather, and the surrounding landscape is stunning. The kids' club and the incredibly friendly staff there are simply fantastic. I'd especially like to commend Sabrina, Camila, Denise, and Timo, who made the duck race a very entertaining event and was otherwise always cheerful and enthusiastic throughout the hotel.

This is such a beautiful place. Our family spent a wonderful week here with friends. The kids enjoyed the many activities especially the bouldering/climbing course. I appreciated that all the activities and meals were included! The spa is excellent and we all got great massages, then enjoyed the multiple saunas. Perfect after a fun day on the lake or hiking the mountains. The food was excellent, healthy, and with a kid friendly buffet. Every meal we tried half a dozen new cheeses. The wine list is great. We would happily come back to this kinder hotel, it was amazing.

Wir hatten Bambinisuite Minnie gebucht, wir bekamen aber ein kostenloses Uqgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer Bambini Suite Mickey. Am Anreisetag kamen wir um 12 Uhr an checkten ein, und wir durften direkt um 12 Uhr ins Zimmer. Das war gut 👍 Die Suite war schön groß, mit Balkon und separatem Kinderzimmer. Aber leider fehlte der Wickeltisch, oder wir haben ihn nicht gefunden. Wir hatten All Inclusive gebucht, aber leider gab es kein Fanta, kein Spezi, kein Sprite und kein Cola an den Getränkeautomaten. An den Automaten gibt es nur Apfelschorle, Johannisbeerschorle, Himbeerschorle, Eistee und Wasser. Wir wollten dann mal zum Abendessen im Restaurant ein Spezi bestellen und ein Fanta natürlich gegen Aufpreis. Dann sagte der Kellner er hat kein Fanta und er hat kein Spezi. Darüber waren wir sehr verwundert und auch etwas enttäuscht. Aber ok. Dann haben wir eben den gesamten Aufenthalt über nur Apfelsaft und zum Frühstück Orangensaft getrunken. Was nicht so gut funktioniert hat, war das WLAN. An 2 von 4 Tagen hat es gar nicht funktioniert, da kam am Handy immer die Meldung Verbindung fehlgeschlagen. Und an den anderen beiden Tagen hat es dann verbunden aber es war sehr langsam und manchmal war dann die Verbindung auch wieder ganz weg. Bis auf die genannten Dinge waren wir sehr zufrieden und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Ort, um als Familie einfach mal abzuschalten, die Natur zu genießen und gleichzeitig jede Menge Spaß zu haben. Die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel hat uns sofort gefallen. Dazu kommt die wunderschöne Lage mitten in der Natur mit einem tollem Naturpool. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Kinderprogramm. Der Kinderclub ist durchgehend bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, sodass auch wir Eltern mal entspannt essen gehen konnten, während die Kinder bestens betreut waren. Dabei hat man wirklich gemerkt, dass die Betreuerinnen und Betreuer geschult sind und ihre Arbeit mit viel Herz machen. Auch sonst war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und familienfreundlich gestaltet. Morgens zu den Pferden, draußen spielen, die Natur genießen – für Kinder gibt es unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir die angenehme Hotelatmosphäre und die entspannte Stimmung sehr genossen und planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.
