Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.

Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km). You can pre-book transfers to and from all airports with Taxi Kröll in Maurach, Tel. +43(5243)43280, www.taxikroell.com or with the airport transfer service Four Seasons Travel Tel. +43(512)584157, www.tirol-taxi.at.

Having spent 12 years working in high-end restaurants as a hospitality professional and sommelier, including some truly exceptional establishments and even private yachts, I have to admit: I rarely manage to completely switch off when staying at hotels or dining out. You simply notice too many little things. But Entners am See is one of those rare places where I can genuinely relax, because they simply get so many things right. From the rooms to the reception, the spa, the beautiful Open Sea Beach and so much more – everything feels thoughtfully done. What I particularly appreciate is that, despite everything the hotel has to offer, nothing has felt overcrowded so far. The staff actually have the time and space to take care of their guests, and you can feel that throughout the entire property. A particularly memorable example was our arrival: we arrived very late on Tuesday evening because an unexpected hospital visit had unfortunately delayed our entire journey. Nevertheless, we were welcomed incredibly warmly and even had food waiting for us in our room. After a long and stressful day, that kind of hospitality meant a lot. It’s often the small details and genuine human touches that separate a good hotel from a truly great one – and Entners seems to understand that very well. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing, dear Entners family. 🖤 A very well-deserved 9/10 from me – and that is a rating I don’t give lightly.

Amazing location overlooking the lake. Very nice rooms. But if you take a room overlooking the mountains you will get a view of the mountains but also of other houses. Amazing dining room. Beautiful spa area and service above and beyond. Recommend

An unforgettable stay combining fine dining, absolute relaxation, and exceptional hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Entners am See. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was impeccable: a huge thank you to Katharina for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness, as well as to Lina, the marketing manager, for her warm welcome and clear, detailed explanations of all the hotel's services. The complimentary glass of Prosecco and the personalized escort to our room were truly thoughtful touches. As for the food, it was a real highlight: the half-board meals were simply excellent, and the breakfast buffet was particularly well-stocked and varied. Kudos to the entire restaurant team for their kindness and constant attention. The spa is magnificent, boasting several beautiful pools and perfectly appointed saunas (with a clear and appreciated distinction between nudist and swimsuit areas). Special mention goes to the quality of the treatments: the massages are exceptional, and I highly recommend Thomas for his expertise and his very precise explanations of the muscle tension. We also greatly appreciated the very welcoming pet-friendly policy for our dog, as well as the establishment's genuine environmental efforts (raising awareness about the planet by not changing towels every day, unplugging the refrigerator in the room to save energy, and no air conditioning). The rooms have very well-designed storage with automatic lighting and high-end toiletries. An exceptional establishment that we recommend without hesitation!

Es waren wunderbare erholsame Tage im Hotel Entners.Bei dieser herzlichen,freundlichen und angenehmen Atmosphäre freut man sich schon wieder auf den nächsten Aufenthalt hier.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Das Abendessen im Restaurant ein Traum.Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit🍀.
