You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival, there is only a processing fee of EUR 50.00 for the entire booking.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and 100% for early departure.

Everyone can pursue their favorite pastime here. How about a climbing party in the forest high ropes course or a rapid mountain bike tour or golf on the nearby golf course? But that's not all: here with us you can go hiking, walking, cycling, sky gliding, surfing, sailing, pedal boating and of course swimming in the crystal clear Achensee ... Those who prefer to take it easy can look for a nice spot in the garden to relax or read.
In winter we are close to the cross-country slopes and lifts: every apartment has a view of the CHRISTLUM ski area, and the classic and skating trails are right in front of the house. The 5 apartments in the house, which have been awarded the “Family Tirol Quality Award” for being suitable for families and children, offer enough space for young and old.

Inntal motorway A12 (Vignette required), Wiesing / Achensee exit, Achensee federal road B181 to Achenkirch. A Vignette-free journey is also possible via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz motorway exit - across the state border to Achenkirch.
Arrival by public transport: By train to Jenbach station. From there by public bus. The journey to the Achensee in Achenkirch is free of charge if you show your reservation confirmation.
