Welcome to Apartment MarLen – the holiday residence in Eben am Achensee
Our house has a long history – built in 1958, it was completely renovated and modernized with great attention to detail in 2024 - 2025. Today, our four stylish holiday apartments combine the charm of the past with modern living comfort, so you can feel at home from the very first moment.
The name MarLen is a loving combination of Marie and Leni – our two daughters, who are our greatest inspiration and at the heart of this project.
Located in Eben am Achensee, our house provides the perfect starting point for both relaxation and adventure. Whether hiking, cycling, skiing, or simply enjoying the beautiful nature – here you will find the perfect mix of activity and relaxation.
Our holiday apartments are equipped to a high standard and offer everything you need for a successful stay. Whether as a family, couple, or with friends – we look forward to welcoming you to our freshly renovated house!

Leni brings good cheer with her cheerful and curious nature, while little Marie enchants everyone with her smile.
