Hello, We have rented the holiday apartment several times now; wonderful location, beautiful view, attractive furnishings – you simply feel at home. The apartment is also in a quiet area; you can sleep with the window open at night and are not disturbed by traffic noise or anything else. We will be back next year.

Seven nights in the second-floor apartment, well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the church and mountain panorama. The bed was comfortable, and the living room and bathroom facilities were functional. I appreciated the separation between the bathroom and toilet, though this is less important for one person. However, I missed having a sink in the toilet. A little caution was needed in the shower tray to avoid slipping. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. I prepared my own breakfast. The refrigerator is spacious. The bedroom wardrobe contains many toiletries, so hanging clothes can be a bit cramped for two people. I found the location very convenient, close to essential amenities such as boats, restaurants, and cafes. There is a parking space for each apartment, if my calculations are correct. There is a charging point for electric cars, but the wallbox doesn't have a cable, so you should bring your own. Billing is handled by an external provider. The accommodation scored points for its location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlady. If I need another apartment, I'll inquire here again!

Everything was perfect. The apartment itself is fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very quiet location. The bread delivery service is also great. Excellent baked goods, and the price is right. The apartment has its own private retreat that's perfect for teenagers ;-). There's plenty to do from the apartment. There's an electric car charging station right at the house. Parking is directly in front of the house. The village shop is well-stocked and just a few steps away on foot. The hostess was exemplary. This won't be our last stay, as there's still so much to discover in the area :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and extremely well-equipped. The location was perfect, and our host, Silvia, was very friendly and helpful. We've already booked our next vacation at Alpenherz again :-)

Ein wunderschönes , Fleckchen Erde. Sowie im Sommer 2025 hat uns auch im Dezember an nichts gefehlt. Man schaltet sofort ab.Die Wohnung ist tip top, es fehlte uns gar nichts. Frau Rieser ist sehr herzlich . Das Frühstück war einer unserer Lieblingsmomente oder wenn wir gemütlich den Abend die Aussicht genießen konnten. Zur Begrüßung standen auf dem Tisch Weihnachtskekse und eine Flache Wein. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut . Für unseren Hund war unter dem Haus eine eingezäunte Wiese , wo sie toll spielen konnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😁

It was another wonderful and relaxing week at Lake Achensee. Our second time at Alpenherz, and we felt right at home. Silvia is a wonderful host, who provided us with valuable tips for our hikes through the Alpine landscape, which was aglow with autumnal colors. The cleanliness and service were impeccable. Our miniature schnauzer also felt at home. Thank you so much, see you next year!
