Alpengasthof Gern Alm
Our family-run Alpine guesthouse is located at the end of the Gerntal valley and is the ideal retreat in the middle of the Karwendel Nature Park at an altitude of 1172 meters. It is the starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain tours. You can expect crystal-clear mountain air and our personal and honest service. Our house offers 8 cozy, comfortable rooms in Alpine style with magnificent mountain views over the Alpine landscape, a gourmet breakfast with regional products and our homemade farmhouse bread, our à la carte restaurant and café with local cuisine and fresh cakes, strudels, and tortes. In summer, fresh mountain trout is on the daily menu. Wildlife enclosure and cool children's playground.
For our house guests: stylish outdoor sauna "Die Kugl" and infrared sphere, cozy relaxation lawn with cooling natural pond, tea bar. New: indoor relaxation room.

The Gern Alm is located about five kilometers from the village of Pertisau and the Achensee - in a beautiful location at the end of the valley with many hiking opportunities. You can reach us via a paved toll road or a nicely laid out hiking trail. For our house guests, the toll fee is to be paid once and then is free for the duration of your stay. Free parking spaces are available.
Check-In from 15:00 to 18:00. In case of late arrival, we kindly ask for information.
