Neben der Langstrecke mit neun Kilometern finden im Rahmen der Veranstaltung noch weitere Rennen statt. So können Schwimmsportler auch aus Strecken von 5 Kilometern (Mittelstrecke) oder 2,5 Kilometern (Kurzstrecke) wählen. Für Kinder, Jugendliche und Hobbyschwimmer bieten sich die Wettkämpfe über 500 und 250 Meter an. Ausgangspunkt und Ziel der Rennen ist jeweils das SEE-Bad im Atoll Achensee in Maurach, wo auch Startnummernausgabe und Siegerehrung stattfinden.

For the first time, swimming can look forward to an event at Lake Achensee.
The highlight of the long-distance swimming competition is the nine-kilometre crossing of Tyrol's largest lake: from the Achensee North beach (Achenkirch lido) to the SEE pool in the Achensee atoll. The "supreme discipline" across Lake Achensee is also a race for the open water swimming cup in German-speaking countries. In addition to the nine-kilometre long course, other races take place as part of the event.
Swimmers can also choose from distances of 5 kilometres (medium distance) or 2.5 kilometres (short distance). The 500 and 250 metre races are ideal for children, young people and amateur swimmers. The starting point and finish of each race is the SEE-Bad in the Atoll Achensee in Maurach, where the race number distribution and award ceremony also take place.
