SUP-Fitness
With WOGOUT®, or also fitness on the water, we exchange the mat for the stand-up paddle board and practice fitness exercises on the unstable surface, which makes them more intensive. The course combines functional, athletic exercises from group fitness and strength sports. Experience an intense workout with motivating music in the midst of nature - it can't get better and more effective than this!

Suitable for all fitness levels. There is a short introduction to stand-up paddle technique, so no SUP experience is required. The only requirements are safe swimming skills and the willingness to engage in this unique adventure filled with fun.
