Enjoy true relaxation in our 3 renovated vacation apartments – in the middle of nature – also dog-friendly, including an infrared sauna, massage, and sports area in an absolutely quiet location.
This is the perfect vacation for couples, nature lovers, and sports enthusiasts.
In the large garden, you can enjoy relaxed hours by the fire pit and on the sun loungers. Fun and games are provided by the large trampoline, basketball hoop, soccer goals, and much more.

Christoph, the Tyrolean, and Mirjam, the Franconian, are your hosts at the small family-run guesthouse nestled in nature.
Together with their 3 boys, they live in the same house at the most beautiful end of the world.
Christoph, as a therapeutic masseur (Mst. Massage), fitness trainer, hiking guide, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing instructor, loves movement. No matter the sport, whether basketball behind the house, mountain biking in Rofan and Karwendel, or Taek Won Do and, of course, in the snow during winter, his enthusiasm is contagious.
Mirjam, as a hotel specialist and nutrition trainer, is passionately dedicated to the well-being of both large and small guests as well as the house and garden. In summer, you can often find her in the greenhouse.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time by mail or Whatsapp.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Early check-in (from 12 noon) and late check-out (until 1 p.m.) are possible, subject to availability, by arrangement for a fee of € 20.00 each. We kindly ask for written agreement.
