Welcome to your holiday! Our holiday homes are located in one of the most beautiful places in the world, in Maurach am Achensee in Tyrol.

Right near the lake, by the bus stop and at the cross-country skiing track. Both properties are newly renovated, well-maintained, cozy, equipped with all comforts, and offer a special family atmosphere.

We will make you a very personal offer for your holiday and look forward to your visit.

    We are pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Achensee. Whether you want to hike, cycle, sail, play golf, or simply relax, here you will find everything your heart desires. Our accommodation offers the perfect retreat for restful days. Due to a legal change, we, as your hosts, are no longer allowed to offer additional services. This means that cleaning and the provision of all laundry will be handled by an external company. The cost is 100 euros, payable directly to this company. The ladies will come automatically on the day of departure and take care of everything, so that your arrival can be peaceful and stress-free.

Our holiday home offers a spacious living area with a cozy seating group (sofa beds), a functional kitchen equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table, TV, and Wi-Fi, a double bedroom, a hallway with a wardrobe and closets, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. The large sun terrace (outdoor seating area) with grill fireplace invites you to have breakfast or meals outdoors. Heating is provided by modern infrared heating. A garage for 1 car belongs to the house.

We are pleased to introduce our spacious garden apartment ACHENSEE. On the ground floor of our two-story house, it features approximately 80 sqm of space with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, each with shower/WC, a TV corner, an entrance area with wardrobe, and a large terrace. The lovingly designed garden with seating invites you to enjoy breakfast or meals outdoors and is directly accessible from every room. 2 parking spaces as well as a lockable garage, for example for bicycles, belong to the apartment.

Plan a route

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive to Maurach.

Getting here by public transport: Take the traain to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Maurach.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km).
