The information office in Pertisau is one of several local visitor points in the Achensee region. It is open in the mornings from Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00. The office provides information for visitors, offers basic postal services and also includes the local library. The library is open on the same days from 09:00. There are also books available in French, English, Dutch and Italian.
Outside of opening hours, a digital self-service kiosk is available at all times. This is an interactive information terminal with a video call feature. A direct video call to the Welcome-CENTER Achensee in Maurach is possible daily from 08:00 to 18:00.
