Our house is situated at the beginning of the Karwendel valleys, sunny and with an unobstructed view of the mountain world of Lake Achensee. Pleasant peace in the house, spacious apartments - comfortable and cozy - are a guarantee for a relaxing vacation. From the balcony, you have a clear view of the mountain world of Lake Achensee.

The winter hiking trails start right in front of the house. The entrance to the cross-country ski trails is across the street. The Karwendel cable car is within sight. Hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides - everything is possible.

In the house, a ski room and a shoe room with shoe dryers are available for you. Your car is safely parked in the carport. For structural reasons, our house is "not barrier-free".
